Description
NewAge Blank Caps & Plugs (also known as blank caps and chains) are used to seal unused instantaneous outlets on landing valves, hydrants, and hose couplings, keeping dirt and debris out when the outlet isn’t in use. Manufactured in Gunmetal or Stainless Steel to IS:903:93, sized to fit standard 2 1/2″ (63mm) outlets per BS 336 / IS 903. Rated for 150 PSI (10.5 Kg/cm2) working pressure and tested to 325 PSI (22.5 Kg/cm2). Supplied with a retaining chain to keep the cap attached to the valve or hydrant body.
