As we deal in heavy machinery and industrial products, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been dispatched or delivered.

  • Major transit damage reported immediately
  • Manufacturing defect covered under warranty terms

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.

4. Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any issue related to:

  • Transit damage
  • Visible defects

within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after the reporting period may not be accepted.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Packaging images
  • Invoice copy
  • Delivery proof

5. Warranty Support

Products supplied by Jaideo Automation India Pvt Ltd may carry manufacturer warranty wherever applicable.

If a product is under warranty and develops an issue:

  • Our team will coordinate with the manufacturer or supplier
  • Technical support and inspection may be arranged
  • Repair or replacement will depend on manufacturer warranty terms

Warranty claims are subject to:

  • Manufacturer approval
  • Proper product usage
  • Installation as per recommended guidelines

6. Warranty Exclusions

8. Limitation of Liability

Jaideo Automation India Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for:

  • Project delays
  • Installation costs
  • Labor charges
  • Business losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from product issues

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the product value only.
