1. Business Nature

Jaideo Automation India Pvt Ltd is a distributor and trading company dealing in HVAC, MEP, firefighting, plumbing, ventilation, industrial automation, and related infrastructure products.

Products are supplied against confirmed Purchase Orders (PO) received from customers.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after:

  • Receipt of a valid Purchase Order (PO)
  • Confirmation of product availability
  • Acceptance and verification of payment terms

Order processing timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Stock availability
  • Manufacturer lead time
  • Dispatch location

3. Payment Terms

We accept multiple modes of payment including:

  • Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
  • UPI Payments
  • Cheque (subject to clearance)
  • Online Transfers
  • Agreed business credit terms (for approved clients)

Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation or as per mutually agreed commercial terms.


4. Shipping & Dispatch

Products are dispatched through:

  • Transport companies
  • Courier partners
  • Logistics providers
  • Direct manufacturer dispatch (where applicable)

Dispatch timelines are shared based on product availability and order confirmation.

For bulk, industrial, or project-based orders, dispatch schedules may vary depending on logistics coordination and manufacturing timelines.


5. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Product category
  • Transport availability
  • Weather or operational conditions

While we strive for timely delivery, Jaideo Automation India Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Third-party transporters
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure events

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping and freight charges may:

  • Be included in the quotation
  • Be charged separately
  • Be payable on “To Pay” basis

The applicable freight terms will be clearly communicated during quotation or order confirmation.


7. Inspection & Damaged Deliveries

Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery.

If any package is found:

  • Damaged
  • Tampered
  • Missing items
  • Incorrectly delivered

the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos and shipment details.

Claims raised after the reporting period may not be accepted.


8. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery

If shipment tracking shows delays or non-delivery, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

We will coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipment-related issues wherever possible.


9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and project requirements, subject to:

  • Shipping feasibility
  • Additional duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.
