Description

The Honeywell 944T is a hardwired, recessed door/window contact sensor with a 3/8″ diameter, installed within the door or window frame rather than surface-mounted – keeping the sensor hidden once the door or window is closed. Features Honeywell’s Staggered “T” terminal design with larger screw terminals for easier wiring (24-18 AWG solid or stranded wire), eliminating the need for splicing or soldering. Form A (SPST) reed switch, closes when energized with the actuator magnet, with a recommended gap of no wider than 3/4″. Used for door interlocks on AHUs and electrical panels, or general access monitoring.
