Description

The Honeywell CS Series Current Switch clips onto a rail and around a conductor (split-core design, no rewiring needed) to monitor current flow for fan and pump status verification in building automation systems. Adjustable trip point covers ranges from 0.6 to 180 Amps depending on model, letting the switch be tuned to trigger only when actual load current is present – useful for confirming a motor is genuinely running rather than just powered. Can be wired as a digital input (on/off status) to a DDC/PLC controller, or used with an analog circuit for building management system integration.
