The Honeywell (FEMA) DWAM/DWAMV Pressure Monitor is particularly suited for maximum pressure monitoring in steam and hot-water systems, “of special construction” with a self-monitoring pressure sensor built to Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, for systems per TRBS DIN EN12828, DIN EN12952-11, and DIN EN12953-9. DWAM types have no differential adjustment for maximum pressure monitoring; DWAMV types add differential adjustment. Calibrated so switching occurs at the defined pressure under rising pressure. Pressure ranges span from DWAM1 (0.2-1.6 bar) to DWAM32 (6-32 bar). Rugged seawater-resistant die-cast aluminium housing. Unlike the SDBAM series (which requires manual reset/unlocking after a trip), the DWAM/DWAMV auto-resets.
