Description

The NewAge Oblique Type Landing Valve – Threaded, FM Approved is a globe-pattern hydrant valve with an angled body design and a BSP or NPT threaded inlet – rather than the flanged inlet used on the other two Oblique variants in this range. Available in 1.5″ (38mm), 2.5″ (63mm), and 3″ (75mm) sizes, body in Gunmetal, Aluminium alloy, or Stainless Steel with a Cast Iron hand wheel, and Female Instantaneous or male BSP/NH threaded outlet. Rated for 150 PSI (10.5 Kg/cm2) working pressure, 240 PSI (16 Kg/cm2) seat test, and 435 PSI (30 Kg/cm2) body test, governed by BS 5041 Part 1 & IS 5290, and FM Approved. Suited to installations where a threaded pipe connection is preferred over flanged.
