Description

Sant’s Z45XC is the base BS Flanged Resilient NRS (Non-Rising Stem) Gate Valve – same ductile iron (EN-GJS-450-10) body/bonnet/wedge with EPDM-encapsulated resilient wedge disc, stainless steel stem, NBR seals, and fusion-bonded epoxy coating to ANSI/AWWA C550 as the Z45XC-2, but without the post flange, giving direct flanged mounting. Ends flanged to BS EN 1092-2:1997. Rated PN16, 0-100 degC. Available across a much wider size range than Z45XC-2, DN50 to DN600 (2″ to 24″) – suited to standard above-ground water distribution and fire ring main installations.
