Sant’s IS-5 Bronze Gate Valve steps up to Class-2 (vs IS-1’s Class-1) – a higher pressure rating in the same IS-778 family, non-rising stem, leaded tin bronze (IS:318 Gr.LTB2) body/bonnet/wedge, forged brass stem, integral seat, solid wedge, PTFE gland packing, screwed female ends to IS:554. Body test pressure 2.4 MPa, seat test 1.6 MPa hydraulic (vs 1.5/1.0 MPa for Class-1) – roughly 60% higher pressure capability. Max working temperature 45 degC, ISI marked.
