Description

The Kartar Cast Iron Horizontal Lift Check (Non Return) Valve (K-103) uses a lift-check mechanism – the disc is precisely guided and lifts off the seat under forward flow pressure, unlike the unguided swinging door in a Single/Dual Plate swing check valve, giving better performance in high-velocity, high-pressure service. Bolted cover with renewable Stainless Steel (AISI-410) seats, flanged ends to DIN-2533 RF (PN-16). Body tested to 370 PSIG (26 Kg/cm2), seat and back seat tested to 230 PSIG (16 Kg/cm2). Suitable for steam up to 13 Kg/cm2, max working temperature 220°C. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 8″ (15mm to 200mm).
