The Kartar Cast Iron Ball Valve, 3pc Design, Flanged (K-802) is available in 15mm to 100mm sizes, rated for installation up to 200°C and 35 bar pressure. Features indigenously manufactured stainless steel mirror-finished balls with 100% accuracy, a blowout-proof stem, and gland packing that can be replaced under pressure – unlike the Screwed variant (K-801), this uses flanged end connections designed to IS:9890 and ANSI B16.1, with an ISO 5211 actuator mounting flange available. Available in Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Cast Steel, or Stainless Steel body materials. Class 150 pressure ratings: body 22 Bar hydrostatic/10 Bar air, seat 16 Bar hydrostatic/7 Bar air.
