Description

The Honeywell Spring Return Direct Coupled Actuator (S05/S10/S20 Series, e.g. MS7503A2030) is direct coupled to a jackshaft up to 5/8 in. diameter via a self-centering shaft coupling with integral adjustable range-stop, requiring no crank-arm or linkage. Provides two-position, floating, proportional, or Sylk bus control – proportional models accept 0-10 Vdc, 2-10 Vdc, or (with a 500 ohm resistor) 4-20 mA input, with floating and proportional models providing a feedback signal. Minimum design life torque options of 27 lb-in (3Nm), 44 lb-in (5Nm), or 88 lb-in (10Nm) – a lighter-duty tier than the 20Nm variant. Brushless DC ball-bearing sub-motor, microprocessor controlled for stall protection and positional accuracy, 95° stroke, NEMA 2 rated screw terminal wiring, flippable housing for reversible spring-return direction.
