Sant’s CS-8 Cast Steel Swing Check Valve is built to BS 1868/ANSI B16.34, Class-150, in cast carbon steel (ASTM A216 Gr.WCB) body/cover/disc with a bolted cover, renewable seat and disc, AISI-410 stainless trim, CAF gasket (BS:1832), alloy steel bolts (ASTM A193 Gr.B7), and undrilled flanges to ANSI B16.5 Class 150 R.F. Body test pressure 30 bar g (435 psig) hydraulic, seat test 22 bar g (320 psig) hydraulic plus a low-pressure 25% retest, tested per API 598/ANSI B16.34/BS 6755 Part 1. Max working temperature 400 degC. IBR Form III-C test certificate furnished with every supply. Available DN25 to DN200 (1″ to 8″).
