Description

Sant’s FSV-5A Forged Steel Wedge Gate Valve is a Class 800 standard-bore design (full flow area, vs FSV-1A/1B’s reduced-bore construction), to BS 5352/API 602, in forged carbon steel (ASTM A105) with bolted bonnet, OS&Y rising stem, renewable seat, solid wedge disc, AISI-410 stainless steel trim, spiral-wound SS gasket, and screwed female NPT ends. Body test pressure 207 bar g (3000 psig), seat test 152 bar g (2200 psig) hydraulic plus 6.9 bar g air. IBR-grade construction. Available DN10 to DN40 (3/8″ to 1.5″) – the full-bore flow path makes this the choice where minimizing pressure drop matters more than compact size.
