The Honeywell MSxx03/MSxx05 Series Spring Return Direct Coupled Actuators deliver 27 lb-in (3Nm) or 44 lb-in (5Nm) torque with fail-safe spring return – unlike the non-spring MNxx05/MNxx10 series, these drive the damper closed automatically on power loss, important for smoke/fire dampers and other fail-safe applications. Self-centering shaft adapter fits round shafts 0.375-1.06 in. (10-27mm) or square shafts 1/2-3/4 in. (13-19mm), mountable in any orientation. Floating/modulating drive time approximately 90 seconds; spring close approximately 20 seconds.
