Description

The Honeywell Series 41 and 81 Modutrol IV Motors are 2-position spring return motors – Series 41 for line voltage control, Series 81 for low voltage control – used to operate normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) dampers or valves where the controlled element must return to its starting position on power failure or interruption. Unlike the proportional Series 90 (135 ohm) or Series 71/72/76 (direct signal) motors, these are simple two-position on/off actuators. Fixed 60 lb-in (6.8 Nm) torque throughout the entire voltage range, adjustable stroke 90°-160° with nominal timing 30-60 seconds. Die-cast aluminum housing, integral junction box (NEMA 3 weather protection), auxiliary switch cams, quick-connect terminals standard. UL Listed.
