Description

Sant’s CS-7B Cast Steel Gate Valve is the top of the CS range at Class 600 (vs Class 150 for CS-7, Class 300 for CS-7A), same BS 1414/API 600 standard, cast carbon steel (ASTM A216 Gr.WCB) body/bonnet/yoke, bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke, rising stem, renewable seat, solid/flexible wedge with AISI-410 stainless steel and aluminium bronze sleeve trim, spiral-wound stainless gasket (AISI-304). Ends are undrilled ASME B16.5 Class 600 R.F. flanges. Body test pressure 153 bar g (2220 psig), seat test 112 bar g (1630 psig) hydraulic plus 6.9 bar g air – the highest pressure rating in Sant’s cast steel gate valve range.
