Description

Sant’s RSV DI Resilient Seated Gate Valve is a non-rising stem sluice valve with a ductile iron (SG Iron, IS:1865 Gr SG450/10) body, bonnet and wedge, the wedge fully encapsulated in EPDM rubber for bubble-tight, resilient soft seating instead of metal-to-metal contact. Stem is AISI-420 stainless steel, sealed with an EPDM O-ring gland, and ends are flanged to IS-1538. Rated PN-16, tested to 2.4 MPa body / 1.6 MPa seat hydraulic pressure. Available DN50-DN300. Suited to water distribution, fire protection ring mains, and industrial piping needing drop-tight shutoff with low operating torque.
