Sant’s IS-35A Bronze Swing Check Valve is the Class-2 counterpart to IS-16 – same leaded tin bronze (IS:318 Gr.LTB2) body/cover/hinge, screwed-in cover, integral seat, rubber-faced gun metal disc, forged brass hinge pin, and screwed female ends to IS:554 – with a higher pressure rating: body test 2.4 MPa, seat test 1.6 MPa hydraulic (vs 1.5/1.0 MPa for IS-16 Class-1).
