Sant’s FSV-1B Forged Steel Gate Valve is the socket-welded counterpart to FSV-1A – same BS 5352/API 602 Class 800 reduced-bore design, drop-forged carbon steel (ASTM A105) body, OS&Y rising stem, AISI-410 trim, and identical 207 bar g body test / 152 bar g seat test hydraulic rating, but with socket-welded ends per ASME B16.11 instead of screwed NPT – suited to permanent welded pipework where a threaded joint isn’t wanted.
