Description

Sant’s IC-2 Wafer Disc Check Valve is a spring-loaded, stainless steel design (ASTM A351 CF8 body and disc) – unlike the bronze/cast iron/cast steel check valves in Sant’s range, this one is built entirely in stainless for corrosion resistance. Wafer type, suitable for clamping between flanges to ASME B16.5 Class-150, Class-300, or PN-40. Body test pressure 60 bar g, seat test 40 bar g hydraulic. Available DN15 to DN50 (1/2″ to 2″). The spring assist gives fast closure, useful in vertical or pump-discharge lines to prevent water hammer.
