Sant’s IBR-3D Bronze Horizontal Lift Check Valve combines IBR-3B’s bolted cover with IBR-3C’s flanged ends – bronze (IBR 282(a)(iv) Gr.B) body/bonnet, renewable seat and disc in AISI-410 stainless, CAF gasket (IS:2712 Gr.C), mild steel fasteners, and undrilled flanges to BS 10 Table H F.F. Body test pressure 500 psig hydraulic, seat test 500 psig hydraulic and 250 psig steam, rated to 225 degC (435 degF). IBR Form III-C test certificate furnished with every supply. Available DN40 to DN100 (1.5″ to 4″) – the largest size range in the IBR-3 series, since a bolted-flanged combination suits bigger pipework.
