Sant’s CI-5C Cast Iron Accessible Feed Check Valve adds an inspection branch to CI-5A’s design – same right-angle pattern, straight inlet, cast iron (IBR 86 to 93 Gr.A) body/bonnet/disc/gland/handwheel, renewable seat and disc, AISI-410 stainless trim, aluminium bronze yoke bush – but the inspection branch lets the disc/seat be checked without removing the valve from the line. Undrilled flanges to BS 10 Table F F.F. Body test pressure 21.09 kg/cm2g hydraulic, seat/backseat test 10.54 kg/cm2g hydraulic, working pressure up to 10.54 kg/cm2g at 220 degC steam.
