Sant’s CI-5D Cast Iron Accessible Feed Check Valve combines CI-5C’s inspection branch with CI-5B’s curved inlet – cast iron (IBR 86 to 93 Gr.A) body/bonnet/disc/gland/handwheel, renewable seat and disc, AISI-410 stainless trim, bronze (IBR 282(a)(iv) Gr.B) stopper and drain plug, aluminium bronze yoke bush. Undrilled flanges to BS 10 Table F F.F. Body test pressure 21.09 kg/cm2g hydraulic, seat/backseat test 10.54 kg/cm2g hydraulic, working pressure up to 10.54 kg/cm2g at 220 degC steam. IBR Form III-C test certificate furnished with every supply. Available DN32 to DN65 (1.25″ to 2.5″) – the most feature-complete option in the CI-5 range, combining curved inlet with serviceability.
