Description

Sant’s CS-7 Cast Steel Gate Valve is built to BS 1414/API 600, Class 150, in cast carbon steel (ASTM A216 Gr.WCB) with a bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke (OS&Y), rising stem design, renewable seat and disc, AISI-410 stainless steel stem/trim, aluminum bronze yoke sleeve, and expanded pure flexible graphite gland packing. Ends are undrilled ANSI B16.5 Class 150 R.F. flanges. Body test pressure 30 bar g (435 psig), seat test 22 bar g (320 psig) hydraulic plus 6.9 bar g (100 psig) air, tested per API 598/ANSI B16.34/BS 6755 Part 1. Rated to 400 degC maximum working temperature, suited to water, oil and steam service. IBR Form III-C test certificate furnished with every supply. Available DN25 to DN300 (1″ to 12″).
