Description

Sant’s CS-7A Cast Steel Gate Valve steps up to Class 300 (vs CS-7’s Class 150), same BS 1414/API 600 standard and cast carbon steel (ASTM A216 Gr.WCB) OS&Y, rising-stem construction with renewable seat/disc, AISI-410 stem, aluminum bronze yoke sleeve, but a spiral-wound stainless steel gasket (AISI-304) in place of CS-7’s CAF gasket, and ends as undrilled ANSI B16.5 Class 300 R.F. flanges. Body test pressure 76 bar g (1110 psig), seat test 56 bar g (815 psig) hydraulic plus 6.9 bar g air, rated to 425 degC maximum working temperature (vs 400 degC for CS-7). IBR Form III-C certified.
