Description

The Kartar Check Valve, Flanged Type (K-104 Cast Iron Lift Check, Right Angle) uses a lift-check mechanism with a right-angle body pattern and full flanged end connections to DIN-2533 RF (PN-16) – a genuinely different design from the Single Plate and Dual Plate NRVs, which use wafer end connections (fitting between pipe flanges) with a swing-check mechanism. Bolted cover with renewable Stainless Steel (AISI-410) seats. Body tested to 370 PSIG (26 Kg/cm2) hydraulic, seat and back seat tested to 230 PSIG (16 Kg/cm2). Suitable for steam up to 13 Kg/cm2, max working temperature 220°C – a steam-rated capability the wafer-style Single/Dual Plate valves don’t carry.
